Hitit Seramik factories operate in the production facilies established on a total covered area of 140,000 m2 on a 450,000 m2 . Tens of engineers and hundreds of workers tooled during the formation and assembly of these factories and the delivery of the machinery and equipment comprised of 50,000 unit parts to the factory area where their assembly was realized with 1,000 Containers and Trucks. When the end of long and tiring work was ended , Hitit Seramik Production Facilities where very rare products are produced with its production line, were covering a length of 5 km.

The reason that Hitit Ceramic factories are called "Production Facilities” is because they contain various factories that have the capacity to produce various types and sizes.

Under the Hitit Seramik production facilities constitution, there are factories for  Ceramic Floor and Wall Tiles, Porcelain Tiles, Mosaic Tiles, Border-Decor, Pool Ceramic and Accessories, and Construction Chemicals production.

Besides Turkish and Italian engineering knowledge and skills, the new and modern machines, robots, high tonnage presses and ovens of Italian technology are also used in all these factories. Sensitive measuring devices, state of the art technology product machines and robots are used from the raw material formation stage of products to all the processes they undergo on the production line and in their packaging into palettes. The products in production undergo inspection at every stage of production with special quality control machines and devices.
